Gold charms are generally made to order and this takes two to three weeks,

All our charms our made in Britain

We will add your charms to any bracelets, necklaces you purchase from us and we will solder the jump rings shut for you, please write details of these requests in the Special Instructions box at checkout

We also provide a service where we can make your charms into cufflinks please email requests to us for a quotation

All our jewellery will be sent gift wrapped.

Returns

Free returns for Sterling silver charms returned 14 days after delivery.

Gold charms can be returned for refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Footprint, Handprint and Fingerprint Jewellery and Engraved Jewellery are completely bespoke pieces. If you are unhappy please let us know and we will endeavour to make things right by refund or by remaking your order.
