Terms and Conditions

Using this site and placing an order with PerfectCharm indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. However, these do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. PerfectCharm reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and any aspect of the site at any time. If you have any comments or questions about an order, our products in general or our terms and conditions please contact us. 

Silver charms will be sent within 2 to 3 working days. If you want your charms quickly, I would strongly recommend the Special Delivery option as Royal Mail will prioritise these parcels.

Gold charms 

Gold charms which are described as in stock will be sent within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Most of our gold charms are made to order for you, this generally will take two to three weeks. If you want a gold charm for a specific date within this timeframe please let us know and we will do our best to deliver it to you in time.

Engraved charms and charms set with gemstones will be sent within ten working days.

Fingerprint, Footprint and Handprint Kits will be sent once we have received your order. There will be a sae stamped envelope included for you to return the prints. Once I have received prints back I will get to work on the jewellery. Silver pieces generally will take a week and gold two to three weeks.

If you would like charms added to charm bracelets or necklaces please give instructions regarding this in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.

 

Returns

Free returns on Sterling Silver charms: If you receive your charm and want to return it for any reason please return it to the following address as soon as possible using the same service as it was sent to you. This will be Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery Service. As long as we receive the charm back within 14 days of us sending it we will refund the cost of the charm and the postage cost you encountered. This does not include handmade footprint, handprint and fingerprint jewellery.

Gold charms will be refunded on return if there is a problem with the charm. If you are not sure about a charm then we advise you to order in silver first. You can return it, receive your refund and then go ahead with your gold order if you are happy with the charm.

Fingerprint Handprint and Footprint Jewellery: These are handmade pieces which are made specifically for you. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason please get in touch. We may make the piece again for you or refund. Each case will be dealt with as an individual case. If for any reason you order a piece of jewellery, but do not want to go ahead with the piece having received the kit you can choose to be refunded but will be refunded minus £10 to cover the cost of the kit plus the postage unless you return the kit intact at your own expense.

Engraving: If you wish to return an engraved piece please get in touch. Each case will be dealt with as an individual case.

Lifetime Soldering service

If you buy a bracelet from us we will solder any charms you purchase at that time of purchase to the bracelet ,if you wish. If in the future you wish to add more charms to the bracelet we will solder the charms on for you for the cost of the postage alone. This will mean the you will need to post the bracelet to us using Royal Mails Special Delivery Service and pay for the bracelet to be returned to you after the charms are added using the same service. Before you send the bracelet or order the extra charms please get in touch by email or telephone so we can anticipate the bracelets arrival and will know not to send the charms out to you before the bracelet arrives. 

Cufflinks

We offer a service to make any charms (depending on size of charm) you choose into a pair of cufflinks. If you are interested in this service please email or phone for a quotation. There are different cufflink back which are available and these will be selected depending on which charms you choose. 

Accepting Orders

PerfectCharm reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse sales and other services to any customer. We may also require verification of information you have provided prior to the acceptance of an order. We make every effort to price our products accurately. However, should a product be listed at an incorrect price PerfectCharm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If you have already been charged through credit or debit card or other form of payment we retain the right to refuse or cancel such orders and PerfectCharm shall refund you the amount of the incorrect price.

Payment

When you enter the checkout you are moving from Perfectcharm into Shopify Payment Processing. This is to give you utmost security whilst entering your card details and whilst the payment is being processed. You will then be sent back to the Perfectcharm store.

Complaints We hope that all your purchases from PerfectCharm meet your expectations. However, in the event that this is not the case we aim to settle any complaints in a fair and timely manner. Complaints can be made to PerfectCharm by email, letter or phone. We aim to acknowledge any complaints within seven working days. Such acknowledgements will in most cases offer a proposal for resolving the issue or in the event that this is not possible will provide a timescale within which such a proposal will be issued.
