Silver charms are kept in stock and can be sent within a couple of days. 

Gold charms which are described as 'in stock' will be sent within 2 to 3 days Many of our gold charms will be specially made to order and this takes 2 to 3 weeks. If you are in doubt please call 07790602885.

Once you order fingerprint, footprint or handprint jewellery we will send the kit straight away. On receiving your prints back we can usually complete the order and send it within a week. Gold items will take about three weeks.

If you would like charms added to charm bracelets or necklaces please give instructions regarding this in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.

Our engraving service generally takes about a week.

All Shipping in the UK is £1.00 for all orders less than £20. Orders over £20 have free postage. There is currently an option for Special Delivery Postage to guarantee your delivery for Friday 22nd December.

Postal costs outside the UK: £3.50 for orders under £30, £12 for orders over £30, this is to ensure your order is sent through a signed for, insured service. If your items total more than £270 we may use DHL Courier service to deliver your parcel this will cost £30.

All our silver charms are sent in white organza pouches wrapped in purple tissue paper. This package is then sent in a Jiffy bag. The Jiffy bag is not marked with any company logo.

Our gold charms are sent in elegant, white boxes and wrapped in purple tissue paper.

Any charms ordered with necklaces or bracelets will be sent in an appropriately sized, elegant, white box and wrapped in purple tissue paper.

Orders of £40 or less will be sent in the First Class Post. Orders of £40 and over we use Royal Mail's Special delivery service. The Special delivery services require a signature of receipt from the recipient. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local sorting office. Please speak to your local Royal Mail handlers if you are not sure about this.

We do give the option of sending your item to a different address from your own so you can have the parcel sent to work, a friend or relative who will be home to receive it. This also allows you the advantage of sending gifts directly to the recipients home. There is an opportunity at the shopping basket process to give a 'Special Instruction" write a personal message: 'Happy Birthday', etc... this will be written on a card for the gift recipient. We will make sure they do not see the price of the item. If you do not give this information at checkout please send an email with these details soon after you place your order.

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you undamaged in transit. However, in the rare case that this may happen PerfectCharm are happy to deliver a replacement at no extra charge upon return of the damaged item(s).

PerfectCharm must be informed if goods are received in a damaged state within 24 hours of receipt. After this time the replacement or refund of damaged goods is at the discretion of PerfectCharm. All returned items must be sent by the same way they were sent to you. This will either be by Royal Mail First Class Post or Special Delivery.

Delivery addressed outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Internationally shipped products can also be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. PerfectCharm is not liable for any damage caused by such authorities. PerfectCharm cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods.
