Silver charms will, in almost all cases, be in stock and can be dispatched within 3 working days. Please go ahead and order and we will contact you if there are any problems.

Any item (except fingerprint jewellery) purchased from PerfectCharm may be returned (for any reason) for a full refund minus the postage and packing fee within 10 days of the date the item is received.

Gold items are usually made to order which takes 2 -3 weeks. We do hold limited stock so you could always phone or email to enquire whether we have the charm you want.

Refunds may be given for returned fingerprint charms but each case will be dealt with according to circumstances. We do wish our customer's to be delighted with our products but as these pieces are all unique to a certain fingerprint we need to cover our costs.

Items must be returned with all the original packaging materials and accompanied by all of their original documentation. PerfectCharm will only issue refunds for items in new, unworn, unaltered and undamaged condition (see Postage and Packaging for goods damage during delivery).

It is the customers responsibility to send the returned item in a manner so they return here undamaged. It is the customers responsibility to insure the item sufficiently. PerfectCharm is not responsible for any items until we have received them. For all items returned PerfectCharm will refund the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping costs. For all orders shipping costs are charged at £2.50.

Wherever possible refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original purchase was made (for instance those purchasing by credit card will have the refund credited back to the purchasing card). Refunds will be made within 5 days. All returns should be made to our address.

All products sold through PerfectCharm are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of receipt. The value of any guarantee will in no circumstances exceed the purchase price of the product. With the exception of those stated here, PerfectCharm makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold by PerfectCharm. This includes fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, but is not limited to these areas. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that, due to reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings that have been worn unless they are faulty. If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back (to our address) and you will be issued with a returns number. Please enclose this returns number with any returned goods.
