Policy: Postage and Packing
Silver items are generally despatched within 2 days after we have received your order and payment, howhever if out of stock this may take up to seven days. Next day delivery is possible but you would be best to either email or phone first to check and avoid disapointment.
Gold items are generally made to order. At this time we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Sometimes we do have yellow gold items in stock, it is worth phoning or emailing to see if time is tight.

All orders are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Services (up to £50 total value) and for orders of £50 and over we use a variety of next day insured services (depending on value). All our delivery methods require a signature of receipt from the recipient. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point. Please speak to your local mail handlers if you are not sure about this. Postage and Packaging is charged at a set rate of £2.50 This cost is added automatically to your total at checkout.
PerfectCharm only ask for one shipping address for each order regardless of the number of items ordered. However, if this is not convenient please contact us and we will try to make alternate arrangements. In some circumstances this will incur an additional charge. We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you undamaged in transit. However, in the rare case that this may happen PerfectCharm are happy to deliver a replacement at no extra charge upon return of the damaged item(s).
PerfectCharm must be informed if goods are received in a damaged state within 24 hours of receipt. After this time the replacement or refund of damaged goods is at the discretion of PerfectCharm. All returned items must be sent postage pre-paid, recorded delivery and insured for the full purchase price. For our policy on the return of undamaged goods please see Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you wish your items sent outside of the UK, please contact us we will be happy to advise you of any additional shipping charges. Delivery addressed outside of the UK may also be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Internationally shipped products can also be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. PerfectCharm is not liable for any damage caused by such authorities. PerfectCharm cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods.
