Policy: Paying Securely

Netbanx and Paypal are used for processing electronic payment. Both methods accept most major credit and debit cards. These are secure payment service and mean that PerfectCharm does not need to know your cards details. If you are paying by credit or debit card the Checkout page will automatically connect you to the appropriate parts of these services. Sensitive information is only requested on the secure pages located within Pay Pal and Netbanx. The information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else including our staff.

If you prefer, at Checkout you can also opt to pay by cheques, postal orders or banker's drafts. These should be made out to PerfectCharm and sent to our address.

For all methods of payment we wait for moneys to reach us (e.g. cheques to clear) before goods are posted. For cheques this can take up to seven working days. If you are not paying by credit and debit card remember to enclose the order details and  your contact details with your payment. All prices identified in the site include UK taxes where appropriate.

If you wish to pay for items by a method other than those listed above please contact us in advance. All our prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. If you wish to pay us in any other currency please contact us in advance. Where required, appropriate delivery and packaging charges are added at checkout (see Postage and Packaging for more details).

By purchasing items from PerfectCharm you undertake that all details you provide to PerfectCharm for the purpose of ordering or purchasing items are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform PerfectCharm as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
