Help: Using this site

We have tried to make using this site as easy as possible.

Browse through the different categories of charms or use the search function to look for charms or accessories with descriptions that match a particular word. Clicking on the small images of each charm or accessory will take you to a full page picture and description of each item.

Here you select how many you want and in what metal by clicking on the scroll down list of prices. Then just click add to Basket and the items will be added to your shopping basket.

A running total of your total spend and number of items selected will appear on each page. If you change your mind you can remove items at any time. Simply click Basket and remove those items you no longer wish to purchase.

When you have finished adding everything you wish to purchase to your shopping basket click Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We assemble all charms and accessories for you to provide you with exactly what you require and so you will also be asked at Checkout to tell us which charms you want attached to which accessories. In most cases we will contact you (usually by e-mail) to confirm your instructions if they are unclear. (see Adding Charms to Accessories).

At any time you can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order. Your order is not confirmed until you complete the secure page asking for payment details. We use only secure methods of electronic payment (Pay Pal and Netbanx). However, if you prefer we are also happy to accept other methods of payments including cheques, postal orders and banker's drafts (see Paying Securely for more details).
