Hi there. Just wanted to send a message of thanks after receiving my ordered charm bracelet this morning. Can't believe how soon it came and it really is gorgeous. Absolutely thrilled with it and think my girlfriend is going to absolutely love it when I give it to on her Birthday.

Thank you for sending in the charms, they are fabulous and quite nice and heavy... however there is one slight concern and that is that they do not have a silver hallmark... is there any reason why not, because we have seen others which are not as nice but do have a hallmark. Many thanks, Sharon

Answer: Rest assured all your charms are sterling silver. The rules are that silver objects have to be Hall marked if they weigh over 7.5 grams. Of course none of our charms weigh that much. If in the future you would like charms to be Hall marked this would be no problem but there would be a fee.

I'm writing to enquire how your charm bracelets are presented. Do they come in a gift box suitable for a present? Thank you for your help, Chris

Answer: The each individual piece of jewellery is delivered in a black drawstring bag. These are then wrapped in lilac tissue sealed with a sticker detailing the metals they are made from. These are then sent in a jiffy bag by recorded delivery or special delivery according to value and time frames required.
